Purusartha is not only an avid photographer, providing most of the photos on this website, but a regular at the bhajan blanket during Krishna Lunch. He is a professional bass player and regularly travels around the world as a special guest at international kirtan events and festivals.

Ali Krishna devi dasi
Ali is the website manager for Krishna Lunch and the former Director of the Bhakti Academy at Krishna House. Now as a full-time UF grad student, she feels inspired to continue to participate, because, in her words, “Krishna Lunch makes UF the coolest campus in America!”
Favorite KL item: Chocolate Peanut Butter Halava 
Words of advice for first timers to Krishna Lunch: “Go heavy on the salad dressing!”
Trivia: Ali was recently voted one of Gainesville's Top 28 Most Interesting People!
kesihanta Kesihanta das
Kesihanta is a staff member at UF and has been volunteering with Krishna Lunch for five years as an accountant advisor.
Favorite KL item: Tuesday and Thursday subji
Reasons for starting: "I was inspired by the Krishna Lunch program and my long time friend, Kalakantha das, the chaplin at Krishna House."
Highlight: “...regularly seeing so many students and faculty taking Krishna Lunch and hearing Krishna kirtan.”
Hobbies: Kesihanta volunteers daily at the ISKCON Alachua cow protection project (www.savethecow.org).
Trivia: Kesihanta likes to make short films relating to Krishna Conscious philosophy.

Nelly has been serving Krishna Lunch since last 2010.
Nickname: Nelly from Delhi!
Favorite KL item: salad
Reasons for starting: more association with Krishna House students
Highlight: “On my first day, the first person I got to serve was my professor. It felt very nice and right to be able to serve my teacher.”
Words of advice for first timers to Krishna Lunch: “Try the whole week because there are different items each day.”

Sarah has been a volunteer server at Krishna Lunch for two years.
Favorite KL item: Minestrone Soup
Reasons for starting: “After seeing how much fun everyone was having serving, I wanted to help and give back.”

Kritee is a UF alumni and has been volunteering at Krishna Lunch for 4 years.
Favorite Dish: subji
Reasons for starting: “I thought the Krishna Lunch crew were nice people.  Also, I wanted to do some volunteering and what better way than to serve food to people.”
Highlight: “You make friends, it is a great atmosphere, and it just feels clean and good.”
Hobbies: reading & playing tennis
